Chip was awesome! Needed to update the house out of ‘00s paint job. Chip painted the entire first floor in 2 days. He was courteous, walked me through the process while we figured out colors and palette, was polite and professional. The paint was even and clean, and covered up the previous layers no problem. Homeplace Painting is AWESOME. This was the best experience I have had with any type of contractor and just good professional customer service in general. They are artists and have an eye for space. They suggested colors for me as I was wanting a cleaner, brighter, uniform look throughout. No matter how many swatches of paint I looked at or showed people, we just came back to their original suggestions, and glad we did! They know what they are doing. My house is small and old, was painted up like Punky Brewster before, and I am indecisive when it comes to paint. You can trust them to do a great job. My house had many nail holes and couple of larger holes in the ceiling from past roof leaks. When Homeplace came to do the estimate I thought they might not be able to fix it or that the whole project would be an outrageous cost, but they were totally confident and their quote was more than fair. When they did the work, they gave me a daily update to let me know the progress and were always careful to check with me on any issues that arose. They completely clean up after themselves. They definitely leave a place better than they found it. I can't say enough good about them. If you are on the fence about a painter, go with these folks.
